Producer Chingari Mahadev giving charge of first production of a big cinema to his Manu Gowda has done the right thing it seems. The audio release of ‘Srikanta’ planned showed the style and system evolved by Manu Gowda. His gleeful invite to the guests and making the audio release very short and sweet, his respect to his parents and immaculate arrangement of cocktail and dinner showed promising producer strength at a crowded audio release event conducted by handsome hunk Vinayak Joshi.

The four songs of the film were released by guests Revnath, KV Chandrasekhar, Geetha Shivarajakumar, Power star Puneeth Rajakumar, Smt Shylaja Mahadev. The song Kannane…. Sung by Dr Shivarajakumar was good in melody and it took us to the days of ‘Mani Mani….song of Janumada Jodi’. Kannaane….is Devaraane Channagide told to Dr Shiv later brought huge smile on his face. Ondondsaari Heegene….Kaalitre Yuddane….and Antarangadoorige…are other songs in the album of ‘Srikanta’.

Srikanta in the direction of Shishira and Shravani Subramani director Manju Swaraj is hitting silver screen in the first week of January 2017. According to Sudhir distributor Jan 6 is the target.

Power star Puneeth Rajakumar confused initially with Shivalinga later adjusted and said ‘Shiva’ has some strong strength referring to ‘Srikanta’ and his elder brother Shivarajakumar. Let the Yudda be to the song and Geluvu to the cinema he observed on this occasion.

The man of the evening Ajanis Lokanath music director said this is a benchmark in his career. Manju Swaraj director of the film said his hard work; team effort would get relief only when it is converted as good response. Dr Shiv is a common man in this film. There is a little of glamour. This is going to be a new experience for all he pointed.

The film was getting late and it wanted something at the right time. I felt bad for delay but now everything has fallen in to the right place. The discussion held was for good of the film. The small role but turning point one done by Rekha (sparsha film), Chandini as heroine, Sudhir who is distributing (Sudhir wife is Geetha Shivarajakumar classmate in College) got applaud from Dr Shiv. On his role of common man in the film audience would have new feel. ‘Naanu Eshtu Divsa antha Olleyavanu Agirodu….so you would see going wrong for right in the film. As of now common people facing problem, Mahatma Gandhi, Narendra Modi…were also common man earlier he pointed.

A song in the film that combines Dr Raj and Dr Vishnu films is very interesting. Srikanta Vishakanta….of Dr Raj and Nagarahavu song are mixed at one situation. Dr Raj and Vishnu are always icons nothing wrong should be attached he mentioned.

Noted producer Rockline Venkatesh wished that young producers like Manu Gowda should grow in the profession. He also hoped that this Srikanta will be a good treat for the younger generation. At the audio release Puneeth Rajakumar, Vinay Rajakumar, Geetha Shivarajakumar and team members were present on the dais.
